Avocado & tahini dressing goes perfectly with any of these bowls, wether it’s with raw fish; Poke bowl or veggies; Buddha bowl or simply Random bowl like the one in the picture. Holy Tahini

Yep, tahini is holy! Well, this sesame seed paste got A+ on the health side. It’s got all the benefits someone would dream of, from reducing inflammation to being a great antioxidant. This seed might be minuscule but it’s got a whole lot of power, lots of proteins and vitamins. So, basically, yeah, it’s pretty holy… we should all have it in our diet. (If you want to know more about it’s health benefits check this link up!) Plus, it taste great, although to be used in moderation like all good things because it’s got a bold flavor.

Creamy Avocado

These green little veggies are quite a fun one to play with, plus it’s lovely bright green color goes fantastically everywhere. Alternative ways to use

This dressing could easily be used as a spread or dip for some crunchy veggies and crackers. I would even recommend to leave the mayo in the fridge and use this instead for your next sandwich, with chicken, ham or eggs. It’s a super polyvalent dip/sauce/dressing. I’m thinking on a lovely chickpea salad or a grilled halloumi piece. A million ways to use it!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tbsp natural greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
