These baked beetroot and quinoa burgers are gluten-free to make them ultra-healthy. The earthy patties are made with chickpeas, onion, garlic, strawberries, pistachios and an egg. This is an healthy oven baked falafel recipe. Lately, I’ve been trying to eat more vegetarian due to all those recent studies that have come out about how bad meat is for you and the environment.
