Before meeting my German husband, I was truly clueless about German gastronomy, if you would have asked me 10 years ago… what German cuisine consists off… I would have probably said sauerkraut and sausages. Thanks to my man and his family, I finally got the chance to experience this great cuisine, more precisely the Bavarian cuisine which differs slightly from the rest of the country.
